Richard Drdla is an affordable housing consultant based in Toronto.  For more than 20 years, he has been actively engaged in researching, writing about and advocating for inclusionary zoning in Canada. Most recently, he advised the Ontario government in the formulation of its inclusionary zoning legislation and regulations that came into effect in April 2018. He was also centrally involved with the coalition of affordable housing and service providers that had a significant influence on those provisions.
